At TJ Woodward Global, we believe that beneath the challenges, beliefs, and experiences that shape our lives is an essential self that remains whole. Our mission is to be a witness to and a catalyst for personal and global transformation.
Through our four offerings, Conscious Recovery, Unharmable, Emergence, and The TJ Woodward Show, we create opportunities for people to reconnect with their inherent wholeness, deepen their relationships, and discover new possibilities. Through education, media, and transformative experiences, we invite individuals, professionals, and communities to move from a focus on what is broken toward an understanding of what is possible.
Conscious Recovery
Conscious Recovery is an approach to addiction and mental health that looks beyond symptoms to explore the underlying experiences that can contribute to suffering, including unresolved trauma, spiritual disconnection, and toxic shame. At its heart is the belief that each person has an essential self that remains whole, regardless of their experiences or behaviors.
Through professional training, curriculum, and resources, Conscious Recovery supports individuals and treatment programs in creating a path toward healing rooted in connection, compassion, and possibility. By addressing root causes and nurturing safety and belonging, we help people remember that they are more than struggles they face.
Unharmable
Unharmable invites us to question the belief that we are fundamentally broken and reconnect with the essential self that remains whole, even after life’s most difficult experiences. It offers a compassionate perspective on healing, encouraging us to look beneath the stories and beliefs that can keep us feeling separate from ourselves and one another.
Through the upcoming Unharmable docuseries and The Unharmable Experience, coming in 2027, we bring together transformative stories, wisdom, and practices that illuminate the possibility of meaningful change. These offerings invite audiences to rediscover their inherent wholeness, deepen their connection, and participate in a more compassionate world.
Emergence
Emergence brings together professionals, leaders, and changemakers in the mental health and addiction treatment fields for meaningful conversations, education, and authentic connection. Grounded in the belief that connection is essential to transformation, Emergence creates a welcoming space to share wisdom, challenge assumptions, and explore new approaches to healing.
Through conferences and virtual events, Emergence invites participants to move from pathology to possibility while building lasting, meaningful relationships that extend beyond the event itself. By supporting the people who dedicate their lives to helping others, we strengthen our community and create opportunities for collaboration, inspiration, and lasting change across the field.
The TJ Woodward Show
The TJ Woodward Show, currently known as Unharmable with TJ Woodward, features inspiring conversations with thought leaders, authors, and changemakers exploring personal transformation, mental health, recovery, wellness, spirituality, and human potential. Each episode offers a welcoming space for honest dialogue, fresh perspectives, and stories that remind us of our shared humanity.
Through these conversations, TJ invites audiences to look beneath limiting beliefs, reconnect with their inherent wholeness, and consider what becomes possible when we see ourselves and one another differently. The show seeks to spark curiosity, deepen connection, and inspire meaningful change in our lives and the world around us.
